If there is an issue with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 10 calendar days from the date you received it to request an exchange. Please understand that we handmake these jeans as you order them. Ask us any questions you need prior to ordering to ensure you are happy with them.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Exchanges will only be granted for incorrect sizes or items that were shipped damanged. Your item must be in the original packaging. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY EXCHANGE.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items or custom made items can NOT be refunded.
As mentioned previously, items can only be exchanged unless special management approval is granted. Should we decide to provide a refund, once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange/refund after inspecting the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the error was on our behalf. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
